if the fix list — or the $49 personal read — doesn't name something you didn't already know, reply to the email you got and say "refund". that's the whole process. you get the full amount back within 60 days of paying, no form, no reason needed.
the details, because there are a few
- the refund goes back to the card or method you paid with, through our payment provider. it usually shows up in 5–10 business days; that timing is the banks', not ours.
- you can keep the report. we're not going to ask for it back.
- one refund per set. if you buy again for a different set, that purchase gets its own 60 days.
- the free ranking is free. there is nothing to refund there.

the $24 fix list opens on the page when you come back from checkout, and a receipt goes to your email. the $49 personal read arrives by email within 24 hours. if either didn't happen, email the support address with the email you paid with — we'll sort it or refund it, your call.
